The second update (version 6.5.3-70) is expected in maximum 30 minutes and it brings all the new features. First update (version 6.3.9-3) is a transition one and it helps preparing the environment. This feature is being rolled out through two subsequent updates. If you want to install these updates only when a regular GravityZone update is available, you need to disable this option from the Configuration > Update page of Control Center. And if you were charged because of their auto renew, call your bank and initiate a charge-back. They are shoddy products backed by a terrible company, that is bordering on a scam. So in summary: avoid ANY BitDefender product like the plague. None of them fulfilled my simple request to close my account. So far I've worked with: Alina, Ana, David, and Andreea at BitDefender's Customer "Service" department. I'm about to make my fifth request.Each time they come back with excuses as to why I shouldn't close my account their last excuse was because "I would miss out on their promotional offers". I've been arguing with their support staff for over a week now requesting that they disable my auto-renew and close my account with BitDefender, and they won't do it. You have to open tickets with their support team to disable it, and getting this done is a complete and total nightmare. You are stuck with their Auto-Renew turned on and there is no way to disable it through the software or the online portal. But what I like least about BitDefender as a company, is that a lot of their products cannot be easily deactivated. Every time there was a problem I would find evidence that the problem had been around for at least 2-3 years and it was never permanently fixed. This wouldn't be a huge problem if it weren't for the fact that every single issue has been present for years. I've used a variety of BitDefender products over the years and they've all had a variety of software bugs and issues that were time consuming to troubleshoot and fix.
